Tony Dragicevich appointed Fletcher Building director

Tony Dragicevich has been appointed as a non-executive director of Fletcher Building, effective from August 1.

The company's board has confirmed that Dragicevich will serve as an independent director and he has also been appointed to the board of Fletcher Building Industries.

Fletcher Building's acting chair, Barbara Chapman, expressed confidence in Dragicevich's appointment, citing his extensive experience in leading distribution and manufacturing businesses in Australia and New Zealand, particularly in the building products sector.

Dragicevich is currently the managing director and CEO of Capral, Australia's largest aluminium extrusion manufacturing and distribution business.

He has previously held leadership roles at Wattyl Group, GWA Bathrooms and Kitchens, Red Paper Group, and Carter Holt Harvey Insulation.
