NZX has placed a trading halt on Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) shares at the request of the company, pending finalisation of terms relating to a proposed transaction.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of the release of a market announcement regarding the proposed transaction, or market open on Monday, 13 December 2021.
