Tower Limited (NZX/ASX: TWR) has provided an update on the impact of the Hunga-Tonga-Hunga-Ha’apai underwater volcano eruption and subsequent tsunami in Tonga and surrounding areas.
Tower CEO, Blair Turnbull, says the company has plans in place to support their people and customers affected by the natural disaster, and have a robust reinsurance programme in place.
Tower is currently assessing the financial impact of the event and will make a further announcement to the market in due course.
