TradeWindow has announced a strategic partnership with Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA), Australia's peak body representing international supply chain businesses.

The non-exclusive partnership will provide FTA's national network with access to TradeWindow's fast turnaround certificate of origin (COO) service.

This digital COO service is already favoured by shippers and freight forwarders handling perishable or time-sensitive freight.

By offering this service, Australian exporters and logistics operators will benefit from faster COO issuance, reducing processing times.

TradeWindow's CEO, AJ Smith, said the partnership would add value to FTA's members and expand TradeWindow's reach in Australia's trade sector.

FTA's director, Paul Zalai, said the collaboration aligned with their mission to improve profitability, compliance, and efficiency in the supply chain.

TradeWindow's digital certificates of origin service is part of a broader suite of solutions aimed at digitalising and automating traditional paper-based trade processes.
