TradeWindow has reaffirmed its guidance for the 2026 financial year and provided an update on its product roadmap and competitive positioning.
At its annual shareholders meeting, the global trade software company said it expects revenue for FY26 to be between $10 million and $11m, with ebitda breakeven.
TradeWindow chief executive, AJ Smith, highlighted the growth potential in the global logistics software market, which is valued at $59 billion and expanding at a compound annual growth rate of 10.5%.
The company said it is growing at more than twice the rate of the overall market and has a total addressable market of over 10,000 small to mid-market freight forwarders in Australia, the UK, and the US.
TradeWindow's new AI-powered freight and logistics solution, Freight.AI, is aimed at the underserved SME to mid-market forwarder segment.
The company said it has sufficient capital to maintain its current operations and achieve its guidance, but additional funds could accelerate growth.
