TradeWindow has reported its strongest quarterly performance for the period ended December 31, 2024.
The company achieved a 26% increase in trading revenue, reaching $5.8 million.
Annual recurring revenue (ARR) also increased by 35%, amounting to $7.9m.
TradeWindow's customer base grew to 562, with a 49% increase compared to the previous year.
The company's customer retention rate remained at 93%.
The strong performance was attributed to successful customer acquisition and activations, as well as the seasonal uplift from horticultural exports and e-commerce imports.
TradeWindow's strategic priorities for the near term include achieving ebitda breakeven by March 2025 and continuing self-funded investments in its software platform.
The company expressed confidence in its full-year revenue guidance of $7.5m to $8.3m.
