NZ Windfarms Limited NZ Windfarms Limited (NZX: NWF) has been granted referral of its Te Rere Hau wind farm repowering project to an expert consenting panel for consideration under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020.
An Order in Council is now being drafted for the project, and the company will make another announcement once it has been approved by Cabinet and signed by the Governor-General.
The referral decision does not in any way endorse any related planning decisions that may affect the project.
