TASK Group Holdings Limited ("TSK") has announced that it will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (NZSX) subject to meeting certain delisting conditions.
The final day of trading in TSK will be on October 24, 2023, with TSK ordinary shares being halted and suspended at the close of business that day.
If all final standard delisting conditions are met, TSK ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and TSK will delist from October 26, 2023.
