Subject: TASK Group Holdings Limited (“TSK”) – Suspension of Trading and Delisting

Message:

Further to the announcement made by TASK Group Holdings Limited (“TSK”) on 26 September 2023, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, subject to meeting certain delisting conditions, TSK will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (NZSX).

The final day of trading in TSK will be on Tuesday, 24 October 2023, with TSK ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, TSK ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and TSK will delist from close of business on Thursday, 26 October 2023.
