Metro Performance Glass has announced the resignation of two non-executive directors, Peter Griffiths and Jenn Bestwick, effective 6 March 2024.
According to the company, Griffiths had been on the board for over seven years, while Bestwick served for almost two years.
Their resignations are said to be in order to allow for a new board structure that can focus on supporting the group in improving performance during challenging economic conditions.
In addition to the board changes, Shawn Beck has been appointed as the new chair of Metro Performance Glass.
