Metroglass announces board changes
Metro Performance Glass Limited (“Metroglass”) announces that Mr Peter Griffiths and Ms. Jenn Bestwick have tendered their resignations as Non-Executive Directors of the Board, effective 6 March 2024.
Peter has been on the board of Metro Performance Glass for over 7 years and Jenn Bestwick, almost 2 years. Each feel it is now the right time to step down and for a new board structure to focus on supporting the group to improve performance during difficult economic conditions.
Mr Shawn Beck has been appointed Chair of Metro Performance Glass.
New Chair Shawn Beck said: “On behalf of the Board of Directors and management I would like to sincerely thank Peter and Jenn for their invaluable contribution and commitment since their appointments in September 2016 and May 2022, respectively.”
