Asset Plus Limited announced today that it has made good progress towards settling the Eastgate building issue.
Agreement has been reached with Christchurch City Council to complete certain minor fire protection works and provide a cash bond in order to remove the Building Act certificate from the McDonald’s title.
The documentation is currently being drafted and is expected to be signed this week, allowing settlement to occur before the end of August.
