Ventia appoints Mark Fleming as new CFO

Ventia has announced the appointment of Mark Fleming as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Fleming, who has a background in financial, strategic, and commercial leadership, will assume the role on February 22, 2024.

He will first participate in a handover from the current CFO, Stuart Hooper, on February 6 as CFO designate.

Hooper is set to step down on February 21.

Ventia's group chief executive officer, Dean Banks, expressed confidence in Fleming's ability to contribute to the company's ongoing efforts in redefining service excellence.

Ventia is a leading essential infrastructure services provider in Australia and New Zealand, with a workforce of over 35,000 people.
