Ventia Services Group Limited has announced the resignation of Zoheb Razvi as Company Secretary, effective from November 16, 2023.

Rebecca Tweedie has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, also effective from November 16, 2023.

Both Tweedie and Debbie Schroeder are nominated persons for communication with the ASX regarding Listing Rules matters.
