Ventia and Telstra have announced a five-year strategic agreement to optimise the delivery of design, construction, and maintenance services for Telstra's critical digital infrastructure.
The partnership is expected to generate over $400 million in annual revenue for Ventia.
It covers nationwide lifecycle management and fixed network services, as well as the design and large-scale construction of asset relocation and commercial works.
The agreement also includes the continuation of services related to network design and construction.
Ventia has been a partner of Telstra for nearly 30 years.
The new contract is set to commence in early 2025, following the expiry of existing contracts.
