Vista Group CFO Matt Cawte resigns

Vista Group International has announced a change in its chief financial officer (CFO), with Matt Cawte resigning from the role.

Cawte will be replaced by Matt Thompson, who is currently the company's global head of finance.

The transition is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025.

Thompson, a chartered accountant with over 20 years of financial experience, joined Vista Group in 2019.

Prior to that, he held senior financial positions at Just Eat and other UK businesses in the film and entertainment industry, as well as working for KPMG in New Zealand.
