Vital has announced the renewal of its banking facility with Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) to January 2028.
The corporate debt facility will provide Vital with sufficient headroom to support new business and pursue strategic growth opportunities.
The facility limits remain unchanged, with only minor amendments to terms and covenants.
The pricing, in terms of the margin over the base rate, is also unchanged.
