Good Spirits Hospitality Limited (GSH) has received final bids from potential purchasers for the proposed sale of the assets of GSH and its subsidiaries.
GSH is now working through the terms and conditions of the offers with the potential purchasers and its lender, Pacific Dawn Limited.
Pacific Dawn has extended the milestone date for selecting a preferred purchaser/equity investor/operator to 8 August 2023.
GSH will keep the market updated as the transaction progresses.
