WasteCo has announced a $2.5 million share purchase plan (SPP) with the ability to accept oversubscriptions, and a private placement to raise an additional $0.5 million from existing shareholders associated with two directors.
The capital raising is expected to open on 14 August 2023 and close on 23 August 2023.
The new equity will be used to support the acquisition of the BCL waste collection business, support growth of existing business and for future acquisition opportunities.
