WasteCo Group Limited has raised $1 million through a share placement to a wholesale investor in New Zealand.
The investor subscribed for new shares at a price of 6.5 cents per share.
The funds will be used to support the growth of the company's current businesses and future growth opportunities.
Settlement and allotment of the new shares are expected to occur on November 6, 2023.
The WasteCo board is also considering further share placements to raise up to an additional $2 million.
