WasteCo shareholders approve all resolutions

WasteCo Group has announced the results of its annual shareholder meeting, where six resolutions were put to a vote.

All resolutions, which were supported by the board, were passed by shareholders.

The resolutions included the re-appointment of Deloitte as the company's auditor and the re-election of Shane Edmond and James Redmayne as directors.

Additionally, Simon Herbert, Sean Joyce, and Sara Lunam, who were appointed by the board since the last annual meeting, were elected as directors.

Voting was conducted by a poll, as required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1.
