Wilson Liu has been appointed as an independent director and will join the PGG Wrightson board on July 1, 2025.
Liu brings over 30 years of experience in audit and business advisory services, with a focus on multinational and Chinese companies.
He previously worked at PwC for 23 years as an audit partner.
Liu is currently an independent non-executive director of Foran Energy Group, Valuetronics Holdings, and Guotai Junan International Holdings.
He is also a member of the Governance Board of PwC Greater China and Singapore, and the president of CPA Australia North China.
Liu is expected to join the PGW audit committee, although the timing of that appointment is yet to be determined.
Meanwhile, director Meng Foon has announced that he will not be seeking re-election and will retire from the PGW board.
