2021 Annual Shareholder Meeting & Director Nominations

Cannasouth Limited (NZX:CBD) announces that the 2021 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held at the offices of Link Market Services, Level 11, Deloitte Centre, 80 Queen Street, Auckland on Monday, 28 June 2021, commencing at 11.00am.

Further details for participation and voting online will be included in the formal Notice of Annual Shareholders Meeting which will be released prior to the meeting.

The Company also advises that the closing date for Director nominations is Friday, 21 May 2021. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.

Nominations must be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and be
accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
