NOTICE OF RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT

Oceania Healthcare Limited will announce its result for the 10 month period to 31 March 2021 on the morning of Friday 21 May 2021. This is the first annual result following the change of balance date to 31 March (previously 31 May).

The result presentation will be available following its lodgement with NZX and ASX directly through both exchanges and also on the website at www.oceaniahealthcare.co.nz/investor-centre

Oceania Healthcare Limited will also hold a webcast at 10.30am NZST (8.30am AEST) on Friday 21 May 2021 hosted by Brent Pattison (Chief Executive Officer) and Kathryn Waugh (Acting Chief Financial Officer). The live webcast can be accessed via the following link:
