Further to TIL Logistics Group Limited’s (NZX:TLL) announcement of the appointment of Chris Dunphy as a Director of the Company, the TIL Board has determined, as required by NZX Listing Rules 2.6.1 and 2.6.2, that Mr Dunphy is a non Independent Director (as that term is defined in the NZX Listing Rules).
