Shareholding Update
T&G Global today advises that its majority shareholder, BayWa AG, has transferred its shares in T&G Global to BayWa Global Produce GmbH. BayWa Global Produce is a wholly owned subsidiary of BayWa AG and will act as a holding entity for BayWa’s global produce business. This will ensure that BayWa is best positioned to maximise global growth opportunities in the fresh produce sector through investments and partnerships.
