RESIGNATION OF GROUP GENERAL MANAGER PROPERTY AND DEVELOPMENT

Oceania wishes to advise that Mark Stockton, Group General Manager Property and Development, has resigned and will be leaving immediately.

Oceania will be seeking a Group General Manager Property and Development with a broader set of skills which are necessary to focus on new opportunities, identifying acquisitions and innovations in Oceania’s building designs to meet its sustainability goals and the needs of our residents of the future.

In May 2021, Eli Parkin was promoted to Head of Development, with responsibility for delivering Oceania’s current and future developments. Eli joined Oceania in 2010 and has been responsible for managing Oceania’s major development projects during this time.

Oceania Chief Executive Officer, Brent Pattison said “We remain on track with our current development projects as outlined at our recent Annual Shareholders Meeting.”
