As at 30th July 2021, JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc's capital consists of 154,905,500 Ordinary 5 pence shares each. The Company holds 2,586,215 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th July 2021, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc is 152,319,285.
