TILT RENEWABLES LIMITED – COMPLETION OF SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT
Tilt Renewables Limited (Tilt Renewables) (NZX: TLT, ASX: TLT), confirms that its New Zealand incorporated subsidiaries were acquired by Mercury Wind Limited this morning and, following that, 100% of the shares in Tilt Renewables were acquired by Powering Australian Renewables. Tilt Renewables' share registry, Computershare, has confirmed that the Scheme consideration (at NZD8.035 per share) is being despatched to shareholders today.
The exchange rate applying to payments in Australian currency is NZD1.00 to AUD0.94789.
The above acquisitions were made under the scheme of arrangement approved by Tilt Renewables' shareholders on 15 July 2021 and by the High Court of New Zealand on 23 July 2021.
Tilt Renewables will cease to be listed on NZX today and ASX tomorrow.
