Following the postponement notice of Geneva Finance Annual Meeting 2021 provided on 18 August 2021, we are now giving an updated Notice that the Annual Meeting of shareholders of Geneva Finance Limited (Geneva) will be held virtually (online) on Wednesday, 15 September 2021 commencing at 2:00pm.
Shareholders can take part in the AGM on an online basis at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/gfl21. This notice of meeting includes instructions for shareholders to follow so that they can attend the Annual General Meeting online.
Shareholders will be sent the attached Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form by mail or email.
