At the virtual Annual Shareholder Meetings of Stride Property Limited and Stride Investment Management Limited held at 11.00am today, all resolutions were decided by a poll, and all resolutions were passed.
Two resolutions were passed by shareholders in relation to Stride Property Limited:
• that the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor for the ensuring year;
• the ratification of the previous issue of shares under a placement.
Six resolutions were passed by shareholders in relation to Stride Investment Management Limited:
• that the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor for the ensuing year;
• the re-election of Director John Harvey;
• the re-election of Director Nick Jacobson;
• the election of Director Ross Buckley;
• the ratification of the previous issue of shares under a placement; and
• increase in Director remuneration.
