High Court approves TECT restructure

Trustpower welcomes the decision today from the High Court, ruling in favour of the TECT restructure.
The appeal period for the decision expires in early February 2022.
Settlement of the sale of the retail business is, pending any notice of appeal, intended to occur in the first quarter of 2022.
