Subject: AMP Limited (“AMP”) – Delisting


Message:

Further to the announcement made by AMP Limited (“AMP”) on Tuesday, 21 December 2021, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that AMP will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (NZSX).

After meeting the standard conditions set out by NZ RegCo, the final day of trading in AMP will be Wednesday, 2 February 2022 with AMP units being halted and suspended at close of business that day. AMP units will cease to be quoted from close of business on Friday, 4 February 2022.
