Arvida Group Limited (NZX: ARV) (Arvida) is pleased to confirm the appointment of Richard Davis to the new position of Chief Operating Officer. Richard brings strong sector experience with previous roles including the CEO of Arena Living, CEO at LifeCare Residences and General Manager Sales & Marketing at Metlifecare. Richard’s role at Arvida takes on the responsibility for the following areas: IT; Brand & Marketing; Good Friends; People & Culture; Employment Relations; Special Projects; and Health & Safety.
Arvida is also pleased to confirm that Mark Jarvis has been promoted to General Manager Strategy, from his prior role of Head of Investor Relations. Mark has been a key driver in the formation and execution of strategy at Arvida since 2015. He retains responsibility of the investor relations function in his new role. Mark has over 20 years of New Zealand capital market experience including working closely with listed retirement village and property vehicles in an investment banking capacity.
In other changes to the senior leadership team, Arvida advised that Teresa Seux (General Manager Human Resources) had left the business.
