The Downer Board resolved to pay an interim dividend of AU12.0 cents per share, unfranked, payable on 24 March
2022 to shareholders on the register at 24 February 2022. The portion of the unfranked dividend amount that will be
paid out of Conduit Foreign Income (CFI) is 29%
