CFO Resignation

SMW Group Limited (NZX: SMW) advises that Troy Donovan has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of SMW Group. Troy's resignation will take effect in three months’ time.

Troy joined SMW as it was preparing to reverse list onto the NZX Market. He played a critical role moving the group’s financial reporting to a public company standard and embedding listed company compliance and disciplines into SMW. The Board thanks Troy for his significant contribution.

The SMW Board will consider the group’s current requirements for the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary role and determine whether it intends to externally recruit for the role.
