Release from Voluntary Escrow

DGL Group Limited (ASX:DGL) (NZX:DGC), advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 1,428,571 quoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 21 March 2022.

The shares, issued to vendors as part consideration for the acquisition of Aquapac Pty Ltd, which were subject to a voluntary escrow period of 6 months.
