COMMERCE COMMISSION APPROVES SALE OF MIGHWAY AND SHAREACAMPER

thl advises that the Commerce Commission has given clearance for the sale of thl’s Mighway and SHAREaCAMPER businesses to Camplify Holdings Limited (Camplify).

thl agreed to sell the businesses to Camplify on 26 October 2021 for a purchase price of AUD$7.37M, subject to closing adjustments, with the price being satisfied by Camplify issuing new fully paid ordinary shares.

thl and Camplify will work together to complete the transaction as soon as is practical within the next 30 days.
