NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of Air New Zealand Limited (“AIR”), it has placed a trading halt on AIR Ordinary Shares. The trading halt was placed at 4.00 pm today, Wednesday 30 March 2022.

The trading halt has been put in place pending release of a material announcement in relation to AIR’s recapitalisation plans.

The trading halt will remain in place until market open on Thursday, 31 March 2022
