Vector Limited advises that the Election Date for its Capital Bonds (VCT080, ISIN: NZVCTDT010C4) is 15 June 2022. Capital Bondholders listed on the Capital Bond register at close of trading on 28 April 2022 will be sent an Election Notice on 3 May 2022.
Vector Limited confirms that a trading halt and suspension of the Capital Bonds has been granted by NZX and will apply from close of trading on Tuesday, 26 April 2022 until close of trading on Wednesday, 15 June 2022.
Bondholders will be able to complete their election online at www.vctbondelection.co.nz from 3 May 2022.
