NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Property for Industry Limited (PFI, the company) has provided NZX with a copy of the Notice of Meeting, Virtual Meeting Guide and Voting / Proxy form. Please note the change of date: it was the Company’s intention to hold the Annual Meeting on 18 May, but the revised date is now Friday, 13 May 2022. The time remains unchanged at 11.00am.

These materials will be emailed / mailed to shareholders and are also available on the PFI website, www.propertyforindustry.co.nz/investor-centre/annual-meeting.

At the current Red Light setting of New Zealand’s COVID-19 Protection Framework attendees have the option of attending in person at the Level 4 Lounge, South Stand, Gate G, Eden Park, Carpark P5, Reimers Ave, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024, or virtually. If New Zealand’s COVID-19 response changes to place further restrictions on event capacity, or the Board otherwise considers it appropriate in the circumstances, only virtual attendance will be available.
