Channel Infrastructure (CHI) published a Notice of Meeting on 6 April 2022 in relation to its 2022 Annual Shareholder Meeting to be held on 10 May 2022 at 2.00pm NZST.

Today the company advises that, in the best interests of the company and shareholders, the Annual Shareholders Meeting will now be held online-only, with no physical meeting at Eden Park, Auckland as originally scheduled. This possibility was signaled in the Notice of Meeting. There are no other changes to the Notice of Meeting.

Channel Infrastructure values the opportunity for the Board and management to meet shareholders in person and plans to move back to a hybrid format for the 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting.

Instructions for Annual Shareholders Meeting virtual attendance

Shareholders will be able to attend the Meeting online via an internet connection (using a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone). Details of how to participate online were provided in the Virtual Meeting Guide, sent with the Notice of Meeting and also accompanies this announcement. Shareholders are encouraged to review this guide prior to the Meeting. Shareholders will be able to view the presentations, vote on the Resolutions to be put to Shareholders and ask questions at the meeting, by using their own computers or mobile devices. Shareholders will still be able to appoint a proxy to vote for them or send a postal vote, as they otherwise would, by following the instructions on the Proxy Form and the Notice of Annual Meeting. Shareholders can also submit questions in advance of the meeting by emailing their questions to [email protected].
