Subject: Z Energy Limited (“ZEL”) – Intention to Delist

Message:

On Tuesday, 26 April 2022, Z Energy Limited (“ZEL”) announced the High Court has issued final orders approving the Scheme of Arrangement (“Scheme”) with Ampol Limited (“Ampol”).

Further to the announcement, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises of the intention for ZEL ordinary shares to delist from the NZX Main
Board.

The final day of trading in ZEL ordinary shares will be Thursday, 28 April 2022, with trading in ZEL being halted and suspended at close of business. The record date for determining shareholder entitlements to participate in the Scheme is Tuesday 3 May 2022.

Subject to final NZX conditions being met, and the Scheme being implemented as proposed, ZEL ordinary shares will be delisted and will cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board from close of business on Thursday, 10 May 2022.

ZEL’s Debt Securities (“ZEL050”) and (“ZEL060”) will remain listed on the NZX Debt Market.
