Share consolidation

Goodwood Capital Limited (NZX: GWC) has provided a Corporate Action Notice for a 2.5 share into 1 share consolidation, with record date 5pm 4 May 2022.
As a result of the consolidation, the number of shares on issue in GWC will be reduced from 33,409,809 shares to approximately 13.36 million shares.
