Precinct green bond offer – books closed

Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announces that, following a successful bookbuild process for its offer of six year secured, fixed rate green bonds (Green Bonds), the offer has closed and NZ$175,000,000 of Green Bonds (including oversubscriptions of NZ$50,000,000) have been allocated to the participants (or their clients) in the bookbuild process. There was no public pool for the offer.

The issue margin for the Green Bonds has been set at 1.30% per annum and the interest rate will be announced later today alongside the release of the final terms sheet.
