Subject: Z Energy Limited (“ZEL”) – Delisting of ordinary shares correction

Further to the announcement released on Tuesday, 26 April 2022, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) wishes to advise that Z Energy Limited ordinary shares (“ZEL”) will be delisted and will cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board from close of business on Tuesday, 10 May 2022. This date was incorrectly advised as Thursday, 10 May 2022 in the memorandum released on Wednesday, 27 April 2022.
ZEL will remain a NZX listed issuer, with ZEL050 and ZEL060 debt quoted on the NZX Debt Market.
