Evolve announces Annual Meeting date and Director nomination closing date
Evolve Education Group Limited (NZX/ASX: EVO) would like to advise that its Annual Meeting of shareholders will be held on Monday 27 June 2022 in Auckland and that the closing date for Director nominations is Friday, 20 May 2022.
Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting (and must be accompanied by the written consent of the person nominated) and should be received by e-mail [email protected] or at the following address by 5pm (New Zealand Standard Time) on Friday, 20 May 2022:
