Q1 DIVIDEND, ANNUAL MEETING REMINDER

Property for Industry Limited (PFI, the Company) is pleased to announce a first quarter dividend of 1.8 cents per share and reminds shareholders about the Company’s annual meeting, to be held next Friday, 13 May 2022.

Q1 Dividend
The PFI Board today resolved to pay a first quarter cash dividend of 1.8000 cents per share. The dividend will have imputation credits of 0.5450 cents per share attached and a supplementary dividend of 0.2473 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders. The record date for the dividend is 13 May 2022, and the payment date is 24 May 2022. The dividend reinvestment scheme will not operate for this dividend.

Annual Meeting Reminder
An update on the Company’s activities will be given at the Company’s Annual Meeting, to be held on 13 May 2022 at 11.00am. Attendees have the option of attending in person at the Level 4 Lounge, South Stand, Gate G, Eden Park, Carpark P5, Reimers Ave, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024, or virtually.
