Update on Senior Management and Directors

The directors wish to announce that Lynne Jacobs will be moving from her role as Group General Manager into governance and will be appointed to the Just Life Group Board as a non-executive director effective 1 July 2022.
Under NZX Listing Rules, Lynne will not be classified as an independent director.
