Release from Voluntary Escrow
DGL Group Limited (ASX:DGL) (NZX:DGC), advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 4,900,000 quoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 27 May 2022.
The shares, issued to vendors as part consideration for the acquisition of Chem Pack Pty Ltd, which were subject to a voluntary escrow period of 12 months.
